I have. Still, I always return to the Gita Press translation of Tulsidas’ version.

Jayshree, I love your words here, and I love the Ramayana (please visit https://journeyoframa.Substack.com). I’m looking forward to reading how you tell this saddest part.

I’m not sure what you mean. Sharing this story is part of my life’s work.

I review what’s been written, I pray, then I write. Then I re-write. Hanumanji is very helpful.

I meant do you read the original or the translated versions? Anyway, it is commendable, I read more of your posts - excellent work!

Thank you. Unfortunately, I can only read translations - I have no Sanskrit or Hindi/Awadhi.

I’m really enjoying your posts - the technical, the personal, and the stories!

So kind of you, thank you so much. This means a lot to me.

It is still commendable even writing from translations, as the stories are so complex and interwoven. I am looking forward to reading all of them in your substack.

I checked it out and will read more posts later. Very nice indeed. Have you read William Buck's translation of the Ramayana?
